1984 LAURA DE SANTILLANA MONOFIORE HAND-BLOWN MURANO GLASS PERFUME BOTTLE

In 1976, Laura de Santillana returned to Italy and started to collaborate with Venini. Her time at the atelier aligned with Paolo Venini's granddaughter's period of experimentation, who utilised several Murano techniques to create unusual colour combinations. This perfume bottle is one product of the partnership - its unique character is reminiscent of an ancient treasure uncovered. Note the cap in particular, comparable to a curious floret blooming upward.
