Due to the variations of scale and colour in the Ikat weaving process this hand-made fabric is unique, ensuring no two bags are the same. Bag patterns may also include a white 'slope' stripe, as every handmade Ikat design has this feature at 2. 2 metre intervals from the smoothing process. This cannot be removed and is celebrated as a mark of authentic craftsmanship within the design. Store your bags in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to avoid fading and damage to the fabric. Regularly brush the surface with a soft lint brush or a microfiber cloth to remove dust and dirt before they settle into the fibers.
