Product Details Sisley's Phyto-Sourcils Design is an eyebrow pencil in three parts; the professionals' tool made accessible to all. The unique design features a taming brush a triangular tip to precisely redefine reshape and fill in all types of eyebrows and a highlighter to apply under the arch of the eyebrow for perfecting and highlighting the eyes. The texture of the tip allows for smooth and expert application. The result is buildable from the most natural to the most intense for a rub-proof line that can be redefined however you like. The eyebrows are restructured. Eyes are redefined and the face is rebalanced.
