BLAZER MID 'CORK'

The Blazer Mid 'Cork' reimagines Nike's original hoops shoe using unusual material and dark leather reinforcements for a refined finish. Designed in 1973 as Nike's first step into the basketball market, the shoe appealed in quality and aesthetic to Portland Blazer scoring machine George 'The Iceman' Gervin. The ankle-saving profile and durable vulcanized rubber provided the stability and traction he wanted, and wraparound Swoosh detail the look he liked. The rest is basketball legend.
