Prints and jacquards have been Haider Ackermann’s penchant of late – in fact, the great and wonderful Timothée Chalamet was seen in one earlier this year at the BAFTAs. Ackermann said they’re “lifted from the patterns of butterfly wings”, which really puts this bomber jacket miles above the rest. Its softly shining effect is a result of the linen and silk zigzag jacquard. The original MA 1 was designed for flying too, so all signs say you're headed high.
