A very rare metallic coppery bronze and white Astrophyllite stone is hand set into sterling silver. It has a beautiful shimmer and contrast that's out of this world. It is set in a tapered, flat sterling silver band. Ring is a size 7. 5-8. This ring is a one of a kind and can not be re-sized. The word Astrophyllite comes from the Greek words astron meaning "star" and phyllon meaning "leaf." It was first discovered in 1854 at its type locality; Laven Island, Norway.
