For its Spring '19 collection Costarello designed a romantic lineup with whimsical silhouettes. Its floor-length gown is draped in a flocked tulle fabric and trimmed with delicate crocheted lace. Designed with an empire waist and cinched waist it has a full ball skirt so pair them with sky-high pumps to keep the hem from dragging.
