CLINIQUE CREAM SHAPER FOR EYES EYELINER PENCIL

What it is: A creamy-smooth eyeliner pencil with a hint of shimmer. What it does: It shapes and defines with intense, stay-put color that is smudge-proof and water- and transfer-resistant. It's easy to sharpen, too. How to use: For a thin line, gently sharpen the pencil to a fine point and make small, light strokes along the lash line. For a thicker, more dramatic line, use a less sharpened point and the side of the pencil. Smudge with your
