Product Details Anastasia Beverly Hills Highlighting Duo Pencil is a dual-sided pencil that features a shimmer end for highlighting the brow bone and a matte end for defining the brow line. To create a natural-looking finish first apply the shimmer end follow up with the matte end then blend together. The non-wax formula delivers a soft creamy texture and glides on smoothly for easy blending. The size of the tip fits perfectly on the width of the brow bone and works great for on-the-go application. Available in 2 shades. How To Use First apply the shimmer end from arch to tail. Then apply the matte end from the front of the brow toward the tail. Blend using Brush 20 for a seamless brow highlight that adds a lifting effect to your brows. Highlighting Duo Pencil can also be used as an eye shadow primer. Use the shimmer end to prime for metallic shimmer or duo chrome shadows. Use the matte end to prime for matte shadows. For an extra pop of shimmer in your eye look apply Highlighting Duo Pencil to the inner corner of your eye for added brightness and intensity. Highlighting Duo Pencil can also be used to highlight the high points of the face.
